Lately

Since it has been a long time since a post of the kids was done we will try to remember all the happenings and record them here. Taya loves to watch fireworks. During the 4th of July we burned through many fireworks and her favorite words for them was either pretty or cool. She has spent a lot of time in the pool lately and loves to jump off the laps of her parents. At first it frightened her but now it is a game to jump off things and wait for someone to catch her. Kahu is just mellow as all get out. His favorite activity is to have someone talk to him. He just loves it. He smiles and laughs and gets very excited. He is a cute boy. During this hiatus of no blogging, they have seen a lot of family. Their cousins from Arizona where here and she couldn't have had more fun. They played a lot together. Taya followed her cousins Matt and Dillon around. It is good to see that she loves her family and loves when they visit. She also saw her Uncle and Aunt from Indiana. They spent time together and had fun interacting with them. For now we are trying to get them back on schedule or some schedule anyway. Life continues to get somewhat back to normal but normalcy is a state of mind anyway.
